PARTY DRINKS

Non - alcoholic

7-up Punch

4 cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups water
3 cups orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup pineapple juice
2 litress 7-Up

In a sauce pan simmer cinnamon with water and sugar about 5 minutes. Cool. In a large bowl, combine cinnamon mixture with orange juice, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Pour in 7-Up just before serving.

Banana Apple Slushie

1 red apple
1 banana
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp chocolate
3/4 cup apple juice
13 ice cubes

Mix all the ingredents together in a blender, until blended and thick. Add a slice of an apple to the top of your drink mix, some chocolate syrup to the side and a tinge of sugar to perfect the taste.

Apple Tango

2 apples
2 oranges
1 grapefruit
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp syrup
ice cubes

Peel grapefruit and orange and remove all the seeds and pith. Core the apple and chop coarsely. Place all the fruits in a blender until smooth. Chill in the refrigereator for about 30-45 mins. Pour into a jug, add lemon juice and syrup and stir well to mix. Fill glass with ice shavings or ice cubes, pour and garnish according to your liking.

Blackberry Breeze

1 cup boiling water
6 blackberry flavored tea bags
1/2 cup pineapple juice
8 oz crushed pineapple undrained
1/3 cup sugar
18 ice cubes

1. In a teapot, pour boiling water over tea bags; cover and steep 5 minutes.

2. Remove bags. Chill tea. In a blender, process the tea, pineapple juice, pineapple and sugar until smooth. Add ice cubes, one at a time, processing after each addition until blended.

Cafe Au Lait

1 cup milk
1 cup light cream
3 tbsp instant coffee
2 cups boiling water

Over low heat or in double boiler, heat milk and cream till hot. Meanwhile, dissolve coffee in boiling water. Before serving, beat milk mixture with rotary beater-till foamy. Pour milk mixture into one warmed pitcher or server, and coffee in another. To serve: Fill cups from both pitchers at the same time, making the streams meet en route. Makes 6 servings.

Orange Chocolate Drink

1 peeled orange cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 cup cold milk
1 cup crushed ice

Combine orange pieces, chocolate syrup, milk, and ice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

 

Alcoholic Drinks

A Tropical Dream

1 oz Malibu® mango rum
1 oz Malibu® coconut rum
1 oz 99 Bananas® banana schnapps
1 oz Stoli® Vanil vodka
2 oz orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 splash grenadine syrup

Combine all ingredients (except grenadine) together over ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice. Float grenadine on top, and serve.

Mountain Breeze

1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz tequila
1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz grapefruit juice

Build ingredients over ice in a hurricane glass, shake and garnish with a lime wedge.

Raspberry Ice Tea

1 oz vodka
1 oz rum
1 oz tequila
1 oz gin
1 oz triple sec
1 1/2 oz sweet and sour mix
1 oz raspberry liqueur

Pour all ingredients over ice in a shaker, and shake three to four times. Pour into a glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.

Coco Loco

1 oz dark rum
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz sugar syrup

Pour the rums, vodka, creme de bananes, pineapple juice, coconut cream and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve.

A Midsummernight's Dream

5 fresh strawberries
1 tsp strawberry liqueur
1 oz cherry brandy
2 oz vodka
Russian tonic water

Mix the strawberries in a blender and pour over ice in a shaker. Add the vodka, kirsch and strawberry liqueur to the shaker. Shake well, pour into a highball glass, and fill up with the russian water.
